研究目的：

利用可穿戴设备在临床真实世界采集的腹部手术患者围手术期连续体温数据，采用数据驱动的方法挖掘感染性与炎性因素所致发热的体温特征，融合体温时间序列特征与临床诊疗信息建立术后感染并发症机器学习预测模型，为临床医护人员判断发热性质、早期识别术后感染并发症提供辅助决策支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Using wearable devices, this study will collect continuous perioperative body temperature data from abdominal surgery patients in real-world clinical settings. A data-driven approach will be used to identify temperature patterns associated with infectious or inflammatory causes of fever. By integrating time-series features of body temperature with clinical characteristics, a machine learning prediction model for postoperative infectious complications will be developed, providing decision support for healthcare staff to distinguish the underlying causes of fever and enable early identification of postoperative infectious complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在感染合并症； 2.患有影响体温调节的疾病，如甲状腺功能亢进/减退、合并颅脑损伤或术前一月内接受颅脑手术等； 3.住院期间呼吸道病毒核酸检测阳性； 4.妊娠期、哺乳期女性； 5.体温数据缺失值>=20%。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative presence of infection complications; 2. Suffering from diseases that affect body temperature regulation, such as hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, head injury or cranial surgery within one month before surgery; 3. Positive respiratory virus nucleic acid test during hospitalization; 4. Pregnant and lactating females; 5. Missing value of body temperature data>=20%.
