纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.气管肿瘤/纵隔占位病变；
2.严重胸廓畸形；
3.影像学数据CT规格非64排；
4.无完整出院数据或胸部CT检查数据；
5.无法判断拔管状态的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. tracheal tumors or mediastinal occupying lesions; 2. severe thoracic deformities; 3. CT imaging with specifications other than 64-slice; 4. incomplete hospital discharge records orabsence of diagnostic chest CT scans; 5. undocumentable decannulation outcomes.
