研究目的：

为了进一步研究完善并优化该技术，为临床提供一种实用有效，能最大限度保护肛门功能，具有疗效可靠、并发症少、外型美观等优点，最大限度的减少术后肛缘水肿的发生，提高环状混合痔治愈率的治疗方法，我们在江西中医药大学附属医院开展双层齿形结扎术治疗环状混合痔的单中心研究。

Objectives of Study：

In order to further research, improve and optimize this technology, and provide a practical and effective treatment method for clinical use that can maximize the protection of anal function, has reliable efficacy, few complications, beautiful appearance, and minimize the occurrence of postoperative anal margin edema, and improve the cure rate of circular mixed hemorrhoids, we conducted a single center study on the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids with double-layer tooth ligation surgery at Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并其他肛门直肠疾病，包括肛裂、肛瘘、肛周脓肿、直肠脱垂、感染性疾病等； 2、伴有恶性肿瘤、心脑血管病、血液病、传染性疾病、肝硬化门脉高压症、精神病患者等； 3、妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 4、过敏体质或对麻醉药、本治疗方案中围手术期应用药物过敏者； 5、正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other anorectal diseases, including anal fissure, anal fistula, perianal abscess, rectal prolapse, infectious diseases, etc; 2. Accompanied by malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematological diseases, infectious diseases, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, psychiatric patients, etc; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Individuals with allergic constitution or allergies to anesthetics or drugs used during the perioperative period in this treatment plan; 5. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	研究病历、知情同意书、患者记录卡、临床试验用药使用记录表由各参研医院归档保存。“电子病例报告表”由申办单位归档保存。研究病历应按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The research medical records, informed consent forms, patient record cards, and clinical trial medication usage records shall be archived and stored by each participating hospital. The electronic case report form shall be archived and stored by the applicant unit. Research medical records should be archived and stored in numerical order, with a search directory filled in for future reference. Electronic data files, including databases, inspection programs, analysis programs, analysis results, codebooks, and instruction files, should be classified and saved, with multiple backups stored on different disks or recording media, properly stored to prevent damage.
