明确ALYREF/PFKP表达及m5C修饰水平与肺腺癌临床病理特征、预后的相关性，探索益气养阴法作用靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the correlation between ALYREF/PFKP expression and m5C modification level and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma, and to explore the target of supplementing qi and nourishing yin method.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①临床资料不全或丢失； ②伴发其他肿瘤的； ③有严重感染或长时间使用激素的； ④处于孕期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete or lost clinical data; 2. Accompanied by other tumors; 3. Severe infection or long-term use of hormones; 4. In pregnancy or breastfeeding.
