研究目的：

1、描述无锡市手术室护士工作满意度的现状及特点，为后续机制解析和干预策略制定提供基础数据。 2、探究无锡市手术室护士工作满意度与其影响因素（如工作-家庭增益等）之间的关系，构建结构方程模型，以直观呈现各变量之间的关系和作用路径。 3、探讨无锡市手术室护士工作满意度与其影响因素（如工作-家庭增益等）内部和/或之间的动态和相互关系，构建网络分析模型，识别变量间核心关联节点，为制定针对性干预策略提供关键靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Describe the current situation and characteristics of job satisfaction among operating room nurses in Wuxi City, providing basic data for subsequent mechanism analysis and intervention strategy formulation. 2. Explore the relationship between the job satisfaction of operating room nurses in Wuxi City and their influencing factors (such as work-family gain, etc.), and construct a structural equation model to visually present the relationships and action paths among various variables. 3. To explore the dynamics and interrelationships within and/or between the job satisfaction of operating room nurses in Wuxi City and their influencing factors (such as work-family gain, etc.), construct a network analysis model, identify the core correlation nodes among variables, and provide key targets for formulating targeted intervention strategies.

（1）非本院护士（实习、进修护士）； （2）研究期间未在本医院工作的护士（外出进修和学习、病假/产假等）

(1) Non-hospital nurses (intern or trainee nurses); (2) Nurses who did not work in this hospital during the research period (such as those going out for further study and training, on sick leave/maternity leave,etc.)

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：采用问卷星匿名调查法，收集无锡市手术室护士工作满意度及影响因素相关数据；告知研究对象答案无是非对错之分，仅用于研究分析，且绝对保密，不会泄露个人信息。 研究工具：一般资料调查表、工作-家庭增益问卷、围术期护理缺失量表、护士工作满意度； 数据管理：采用 Excel 建立数据库整理数据，应用SPSS25.0、AMOS24.0、R4.0.2软件进行统计分析；数据由研究者本人保管。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The anonymous survey method of Questionnaire star was used to collect the data related to job satisfaction and influencing factors of operating room nurses in Wuxi City. The research subjects were informed that the answers were not right or wrong, that they would only be used for research analysis, and that they would not disclose personal information. Research instruments: the general information questionnaire, Work-family Enrichment questionnaire, Perioperative Nursing Deficit Scale, and job satisfaction of nurses. Data management: Excel was used to establish a database for data cleaning, and SPSS25.0, AMOS24.0 and R4.0.2 software were used for statistical analysis. Data were in the custody of the investigators themselves.
