研究目的：

比较右旋美托咪定和丙泊酚对腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者术中镇静时脑电分段功率谱的变化及探讨脑电分段功率谱的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the influence of dexmedetomidine and propofol sedation on segmental electroencephalogram(EEG) power spectra of patients undergoing surgery under epidural-spinal anesthesia, and explore the clinical significance of segmental EEG power spectra.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有脑血管疾病史的患者；
2.具有某些内分泌、遗传、神经系统疾病引起的继发性代谢障碍或因药物诱发的代谢性疾病的患者；
3.先天性智能障碍患者，有痴呆家族史或已诊断为痴呆、精神病及具有其他可引起脑功能障碍的医学或神经心理状态的患者；
4.有任何服药史的患者；
5.有任何恶性疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular diseases;
2. Patients with secondary metabolic disorders caused by certain endocrine, genetic or neurological disorders. Patients with metabolic diseases induced by drugs;
3. Patients with congenital mental retardation, a family history of dementia, or a diagnosis of dementia, psychosis or other brain dysfunction caused by neuropsychological conditions;
4. Patients with not using any mediations;
5. Patients with any malignant diseases.
