研究目的：

1、揭示MDSCs在脓毒症中的动态变化规律：明确脓毒症不同阶段MDSCs的水平，解析其与炎症因子水平、器官功能损伤评分以及疾病疾病严重程度、预后之间的相关性。 2、揭示MDSC在免疫抑制微环境中关键信号通路的激活状态及其调控网络，阐明其介导免疫抑制的分子机制，为脓毒血症诊断及免疫治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Uncovering the Dynamic Patterns of MDSCs in Sepsis: Defining MDSC Levels Across Different Stages of Sepsis Analyzing Their Correlations with Inflammatory Cytokine Levels, Organ Function Impairment Scores, Disease Severity, and Prognosis. 2.Revealing the activation status of key signaling pathways in MDSCs within the immunosuppressive microenvironment and their regulatory networks, elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which they mediate immunosuppression, and providing a basis for sepsis diagnosis and immunotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠; 2.年龄小于18岁; 3.患有血液肿瘤、HIV感染、自身免疫性疾病或正在接受免疫抑制剂治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy; 2. Age under 18 years; 3. Patients with hematologic malignancies, HIV infection, autoimmune diseases, or those receiving immunosuppressive therapy.
