研究目的：

对抑郁症患者的脑实质亚结构进行的深度研究，阐明抑郁症患者的神经网络特异性改变，达到对其进行预测作用，将为抑郁症的早期识别、干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Deep study on substructure of brain parenchyma, to expound the neural network-specific changes in the occurrence of patients with depression to achieve predictive effects. It could provide an evidence for the early recognition and intervention of diabetic complications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴其他精神病症状者 2. 伴酒精和药物依赖者3. 伴脑器质性及严重躯体疾病者； 4. 颅脑损伤及有昏迷史者； 5. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 6. 既往有癫痫发作或有癫痫家族史者； 7. 影像学检查前6小时内用过药物； 8. 排除其他疾病患者； 9. 存在磁共振检查的禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1. With other psychotic symptoms;
2. With a history of alcohol and drug dependence;
3. With organic disease of brain and severe somatic disease;
4. With history of coma after brain trauma;
5. Woman with pregnancy or lactation period;
6. With a history of seizures or with a family history of epilepsy;
7. Received drugs in 6 hours before MRI scan;
8. Exclusion of other diseases;
9. With contraindications of MRI scan.
