研究目的：

比较羊膜覆盖技术和内界膜覆盖/填塞技术的手术成功率，以及对高度近视MHRD的解剖结构和视觉功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the surgical success rates of the amniotic membrane covering technique and the inner limiting membrane covering/insertion technique, as well as their effects on the anatomical structure and visual function of macular hole retinal detachment in high myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 眼轴≥32mm； 2. 玻璃体视网膜增生（PVR） C级或者以上； 3. 视网膜血管弓外存在裂孔； 4. 合并脉络膜脱离； 5. 合并青光眼、葡萄膜炎、视网膜血管性疾病等其他影响预后的眼部疾病； 6. 既往接受过玻璃体切除联合内界膜撕除手术； 7. 既往接受过巩膜后加固术或黄斑扣带术； 8. 术后不能俯卧位； 9. 患有精神疾患或者其他病情不能配合手术和随访； 10. 处于妊娠期或哺乳期，或计划在术后1年内怀孕； 11. 沟通能力和依从性欠佳的患者； 12. 参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Axial length of the eye >=32mm; 2. Vitreoretinal hyperplasia (PVR) grade C or above; 3. There are holes outside the vascular arch of the retina; 4. Combined with choroidal detachment; 5. Other eye diseases that affect prognosis, such as glaucoma, uveitis, retinal vascular diseases, etc. 6. Have undergone vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane removal surgery in the past; 7. Have previously undergone posterior scleral reinforcement surgery or macular buckling surgery; 8. Prone position is not allowed after the operation; 9. Suffering from mental disorders or other conditions that prevent cooperation with surgeries and follow-ups; 10. Be in the pregnancy or lactation period, or plan to become pregnant within one year after the operation; 11. Patients with poor communication skills and compliance; 12. Participate in other clinical trials.
