研究目的：

针对大学女足球员训练时间有限、传统平衡与灵敏性训练模式时间效率较低，以及女性运动员因独特神经肌肉控制策略导致非接触性下肢损伤风险较高的现状，探索SVT训练对平衡能力提升与变向能力优化的综合影响，为优化女性足球运动员的训练方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Aiming at the current situations of limited training time for college female soccer players, low time efficiency of traditional balance and agility training models, and the high risk of non-contact lower limb injuries in female athletes due to their unique neuromuscular control strategies, this study explores the comprehensive effects of SVT training on the improvement of balance ability and the optimization of direction change ability, so as to provide a scientific basis for optimizing the training programs for female soccer players.

排除标准：脑震荡史、前庭功能障碍或测试前3个月内下肢损伤史。

Exclusion criteria: History of concussion, vestibular dysfunction, or history of lower limb injury within 3 months prior to the test.
