（1）构建一套基于TPACK模型的教育护士生成式人工智能培训课程 （2）验证该培训课程对教育护士生成式人工智能素养的提升效果

(1) Develop a TPACK model-based training curriculum for nurse educators on generative artificial intelligence (2) Validate the effectiveness of this training curriculum in improving nurse educators' generative AI literacy

排除标准：

问卷调查： 1.调查期间由于休假、进修等原因不在职在岗的护士。 2.除研究者下属及研究单位员工以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇等。 质性访谈： 1.无法参与全部培训课程的教育护士。 2.除研究者下属及研究单位员工以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇等。 教学方案实施： 1.无法参与全部培训课程的教育护士。 2.除研究者下属及研究单位员工以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇等。

Exclusion criteria：

Questionnaire survey: 1. Nurses who were not on duty due to vacation, advanced study and other reasons during the investigation period. 2.Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the investigators and research unit employees, including persons with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, and pregnant women. Qualitative interview: 1. Educational nurses who are unable to participate in all training courses. 2.Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the investigators and research unit employees, including persons with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, and pregnant women. Implementation of teaching plan: 1. Educational nurses who are unable to participate in all training courses. 2. Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the investigators and research unit employees, including persons with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, and pregnant women.
