研究目的：

对开展全膝关节置换术的患者，进行基于循证的围术期抗阻训练，运用实施科学的研究范式促进循证实践的实施，观察临床疗效，探索实施过程的障碍和促进因素，达到临床日常开展抗阻训练，改善步态及膝关节运动功能，使膝置换手术发挥最大效益，令患者满意，真正满足其提高生活质量的目的。为循证实践方案融入临床日常工作提供更多参考。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery, evidence-based perioperative resistance training is conducted, using scientific research paradigms to promote evidence-based practice, observe clinical efficacy, explore obstacles and promoting factors in the implementation process, achieve daily resistance training in clinical practice, improve gait and knee joint movement function, maximize the benefits of knee replacement surgery, satisfy patients, and truly meet the goal of improving their quality of life. To provide more references for integrating evidence-based practice into clinical daily work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重心 、肝 、肾功能损害等原发性疾病、精神病及恶性肿瘤者；
2.手术不成功或术后出现严重并发症；
3.更改手术方式或保守治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, mental illness, and malignant tumors;
2.Surgical failure or serious postoperative complications;
3.Change the surgical approach or conservative treatment;
