主要目的： 1.运动负荷试验临床应用安全性-更新数据； 2.运动负荷试验中国青年人参考值； 3.探索心肺适能与批判性思维的相关性； 4.探索心肺适能与体成分的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives: 1.To update clinical safety data for exercise stress testing; 2.To establish reference values for exercise stress testing in Chinese young adults; 3.To explore the correlation between cardiorespiratory fitness and critical thinking; 4.To investigate the association between cardiorespiratory fitness and body composition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心血管疾病； 2.尚未控制的慢性疾病； 3.拒绝使用功率自行车等相关设备； 4.受试者的预测因子或结局值缺失； 5.受试者未达到CPET最大努力标准； 6.运动过程中出现异常心电图表现； 7.近一年有外伤史、手术史、输血史、恶性肿瘤史； 8.正在参与其他运动测试或临床实验； 9.职业运动员(或有过 训练基础的专业运动员); 10.受试者近期服用过或正在服用影响心肺功能的药物； 11.非第一次参加心肺运动负荷试验的数据。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cardiovascular diseases; 2.Uncontrolled chronic diseases; 3.Refusal to use cycle ergometer or related equipment; 4.Missing predictor variables or outcome values of participants; 5.Failure to meet maximal effort criteria during CPET (e.g., respiratory exchange ratio <1.10); 6.Abnormal ECG manifestations during exercise; 7.History of trauma, surgery, blood transfusion, or malignancy within the past year; 8.Current participation in other exercise tests or clinical trials; 9.Professional athletes (or trained competitive athletes); 10.Recent or current use of medications affecting cardiopulmonary function; 11.Data from repeat CPET participants (non-first-time tests).
