研究目的：

1. 对比“单一体能训练”与“多维整合训练”（体能+教育戏剧）对ASD儿童身体功能（运动能力、身体素质）的干预效果。 2. 评估多维整合干预对ASD儿童核心认知能力（注意力、记忆力、执行功能）及社会适应性（语言、社交、刻板行为）的长期促进作用。 3. 建立基于循证医学的ASD儿童综合干预方案优化路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the intervention effects of "single physical training" and "multi-dimensional integrated training" (physical training + educational drama) on the physical functions (motor ability, physical fitness) of children with ASD. 2. Evaluate the long-term promoting effect of the multi-dimensional integrated intervention on the core cognitive abilities (attention, memory, executive function) and social adaptability (language, social interaction, stereotyped behavior) of children with ASD. 3. Establish an optimization path for the comprehensive intervention plan for children with ASD based on evidence-based medicine.

将利用Excel软件，将被试按照招募时间进行1-60编码，然后利用“=RAND()”公式生成对应的随机序列，通过将随机序列排序后再分组的方式，对60名被试进行随机分为全身振动训练组、常规训练组和对照组。

The subjects will be coded 1-60 according to the recruitment time by Excel software, and then the corresponding random sequence will be generated by "= rand ()" formula. By sorting the random sequence and then grouping, 60 equence and by o generates the subjects will be randomly divided into 3 group.
