通过新型标记法更快找到息肉并进行切除，减少手术操作时间及并发症  

Objectives of Study：

The new marking method enables polyps to be located and removed more quickly, reducing the operation time and complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.第一次肠镜或者第二次肠镜非同一内镜中心诊疗的患者，两次肠镜有其中一次未进行检查过程中录像； 2.年龄小于18或者大于60岁； 3.息肉大于小于0.5cm或者大于2cm； 4. 切息肉时肠道准备波士顿评分小于6分； 5. 第一次肠镜到第二次肠镜间隔时间行肠道手术，包括外科手术，内镜ESD等；或者中间诊断为有影响肠道的疾病，如克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、肠道淋巴瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are not treated in the same endoscopy center for the first colonoscopy or the second colonoscopy, and one of the two colonoscopies is not videotaped during the examination; 2. Age less than 18 or more than 60 years old; 3. Polyps larger than less than 0.5cm or larger than 2cm; 4. Boston score of bowel preparation less than 6 points when cutting polyps; 5. Intestinal surgery between the first colonoscopy and the second colonoscopy, including surgery, endoscopic ESD, etc.; Or an intermediate diagnosis of diseases affecting the intestines, such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, intestinal lymphoma, etc.
