研究目的：

根据结核分枝杆菌不同菌量分为高、中、低、极低4组，每组利福平结果分为耐药组（阳性组）和敏感组（阴性组），以固体表型药物敏感试验利福平的检测结果为金标准，对比判断Xpert MTB/RIF检测利福平耐药的准确性，并着重分析在极低菌量负荷下其检测利福平的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the different amount of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, they were divided into high, medium, low and very low groups. The results of rifampicin in each group were divided into drug resistance group (positive group) and sensitive group (negative group). Taking the detection results of rifampicin in solid phenotype drug sensitivity test as the gold standard, the accuracy of xpert MTB/RIF in detecting rifampicin resistance was compared and judged, and the accuracy of rifampicin detection under very low bacterial load was emphatically analyzed.
