本研究旨在利用机器学习算法构建预测模型,准确预测心力衰竭患者 6 个月内的再入院风险,并深入探究模型的可解释性,明确影响再入院风险的关键因素,为临床医生制定个性化治疗方案和优化患者管理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to use machine learning algorithm to build a prediction model to accurately predict the risk of readmission within 6 months for patients with heart failure, and to explore the interpretability of the model, identify the key factors affecting the risk of readmission, and provide a scientific basis for clinicians to develop personalized treatment plans and optimize patient management.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1) 合并严重恶性肿瘤等预计生存期<6 个月的疾病; (2) 精神疾病患者,无法配合治疗和随访; (3) 临床资料缺失超过 20% 的患者; (4) 出院后大于6个月再入院的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) The combination of diseases with an estimated survival period of less than 6 months, such as severe malignant tumors; (2) Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with treatment and follow-up; (3) Patients with more than 20% missing clinical data; (4) Patients who were readmitted more than 6 months after discharge.
