比较大型语言模型在提供诊疗建议时与人类专家的一致性与效率；构建并验证整合临床、影像和基因组信息的AI模型，用于提升早期癌症诊断与风险分层的精准度。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the consistency and efficiency of large Language Models with human experts in providing diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations; Constructing and validating AI models on integrating clinical, imaging, and genomic information for improving the accuracy of early cancer diagnosis and risk stratification.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法或不愿提供影像学资料或相关临床记录；
2.同时参与另一项不允许共享数据的研究试验；
3.已知的严重并发症导致无法进行标准的肿瘤治疗；

1.Unable or unwilling to provide imaging or relevant clinical records;
2.Simultaneous participation in another research trial that does not allow data sharing;
3.Known serious complications preventing standard oncologic treatments;
