研究目的:

(1)明确肾移植受者综合管理数字化平台医疗服务模式的可行性; (2)明确通过综合管理数字化平台进行干预对肾移植受者认知功能和身体机能的作用效应及影响因素; (3)明确通过此综合管理数字化平台进行干预移植受者及其移植物存活的作用效应; (4)基于炎症-肌-脑轴,探索干预影响肾移植受者生活质量和身体功能的潜在机制;  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To clarify the feasibility of the medical service model of the digital platform for integrated management of kidney transplant recipients; (2) To clarify the effects and factors affecting the cognitive and physical functions of kidney transplant recipients through the integrated management digital platform; (3) To identify the effects of interventions on transplant recipients and their graft survival through this integrated management digital platform; (4) To explore the potential mechanisms by which the intervention affects the quality of life and physical functioning of kidney transplant recipients based on the inflammation-muscle-brain axis;

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.血压未得到有效控制、不稳定性心绞痛、新发心律失常、 近 6 个月内患心肌梗死或心血管事件未稳定; 2.近 6 个月内患脑血管意外,改良 RANKIN 评分(Modified Rankin Scale, mRS)≥3 分; 3.其他严重疾病不能参加运动; 4.患有听力和视力障碍; 5.过去 6 个月内参与其它干预试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Uneffective control of blood pressure, unstable angina pectoris, new arrhythmia, myocardial infarction or unstable cardiovascular event in the last 6 months; 2. cerebrovascular accident with Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) >=3 in the last 6 months; 3. other serious illnesses that prevented participation in sports; 4. hearing and visual impairments; 5. participation in other intervention trials in the last 6 months.
