研究目的：

比较褪黑素与二甲双胍治疗 IR 型 PCOS 患者的临床疗效，以明确褪黑素对 于 IR 型 PCOS 患者的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of melatonin versus metformin in the treatment of patients with insulin resistance (IR)-type polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thereby elucidating the therapeutic effectiveness and safety profile of melatonin for this patient population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期； 2.药物及酒精滥用； 3.恶性肿瘤（5年内有发生过治疗或未治疗）； 4.精神疾病不能沟通或有语言障碍，不能充分理解和合作者； 5.6个月内出现过失代偿性心力衰竭、不稳定性心绞痛、中风、短暂性脑缺血发作、心肌梗死、严重的心律失常； 6.研究者认为不适合参加该试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnancy and lactation;
2.Drug and alcohol abuse;
3.Malignant tumor (has occurred within 5 years, treated or not treated);
4.Mental illness makes it impossible to communicate or have language barriers, cannot fully understand and cooperate with others;
5.Negligent compensatory heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, stroke, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, and severe arrhythmia occurred within 6 months;
6.The researchers consider it unsuitable to participate in this trial;
