研究目的：

研究麻醉危机资源管理与麻醉相关不良事件风险之间的关联，并定性评估麻醉科医生如何进行麻醉危机资源训练，提高麻醉医师的认知决策能力和团队合作能力，从而有效预防和应对可能发生的潜在危机事件，实现确保患者安全的目标。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the correlation between anesthesia crisis resource management and the risk of anesthesia-related adverse events, and to qualitatively assess how anesthesiologists conduct anesthesia crisis resource training, to enhance the cognitive decision-making ability and teamwork skills of anesthesiologists, thereby effectively preventing and responding to potential crisis events that may occur, and achieving the goal of ensuring patient safety.
