研究目的：

本研究拟观察个体因素(如年龄、性别等)及 PRP 治疗方案(如注射次数等)对 PRP 治疗膝骨关节炎长期效果的影响，深入探究 PRP 治疗该疾病的关键影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe how individual factors (such as age and gender) and PRP treatment plans (such as the number of injections) affect the long-term outcomes of PRP treatment for knee osteoarthritis, and to explore the key influencing factors of PRP treatment for this disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并一种或多种影响日常活动的下肢非膝关节问题； 2.8 周内行膝关节腔内类固醇或 PRP 等生物制剂注射治疗； 3.过去一年内接受过其他可能对 PRP 治疗观察指标有影响的治疗方案，如干细胞等生物治疗、全身免疫抑制药物等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with one or more lower limb non-knee joint problems that affect daily activities; 2. Treatment with intra-articular steroids or biologic injections such as PRP within 8 weeks; 3. Received other treatment regimens that may have an impact on the observation indicators of PRP treatment within the past year, such as biological therapy such as stem cells, systemic immunosuppressive drugs, etc.
