本研究旨在构建并验证基于颅脑超声血流动力学评估的脑保护流程,用于指导急性脑损伤患者的个体化治疗路径。在现有“六分法”脑血流分型模型基础上,融合TCD/TCCD评估、BIS、rSO₂、EEG等多模态监测手段,形成可实时反馈、闭环调整的诊疗策略,探索其在多层级医疗机构中的可行性、有效性和推广价值。通过多中心、分层随机对照临床研究,系统评估该流程在改善患者神经功能恢复、减少不良结局及促进治疗规范化方面的作用,为构建基于脑血流动力学监测的标准化治疗路径提供理论和实践依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to construct and validate a brain protection process based on the assessment of cerebral hemodynamic flow through cranial ultrasound, to guide the individualized treatment pathways for patients with acute brain injury. On the basis of the existing ''six-point method'' cerebral blood flow classification model, it integrates multiple monitoring methods such as TCD/TCCD assessment, BIS, rSO₂, and EEG, to form an intervention strategy that can provide real-time feedback and closed-loop adjustment, and explores its feasibility, effectiveness, and promotion value in multi-level medical institutions. Through a multi-center, stratified randomized controlled clinical trial, it systematically evaluates the role of this process in improving the recovery of neurological function in patients, reducing adverse outcomes, and promoting the standardization of treatment, providing theoretical and practical basis for the construction of a standardized treatment pathway based on cerebral hemodynamic monitoring. |

排除标准: |
1、既往严重全身性疾病:如晚期恶性肿瘤、严重心肺功能衰竭、终末期肾功能衰竭等; 2、既往神经系统疾病:如慢性脑梗死、阿尔茨海默病或帕金森病等显著影响神经功能恢复的疾病; 3、妊娠或哺乳期女性; 4、影像学提示脑死亡或不可逆性脑损伤。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Severe systemic diseases in the past: such as advanced malignant tumors, severe heart and lung failure, end-stage renal failure, etc.; 2. Past neurological diseases: such as chronic cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease and other diseases that significantly affect the recovery of neurological function; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Imaging suggested brain death or irreversible brain damage. |
