研究目的：

探究术中超声定位及精囊镜配合下的精准定位经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩裂术（TUCBDP）与经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）的临床疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Transurethral columnar balloon dilation of prostate (TUCBDP) based on precise positioning with ultrasound localization and seminal vesiculoscopy versus transurethral prostatic plasmaplasty(TURP) .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.服用抗雄激素药物； 2.合并前列腺癌、泌尿系恶性肿瘤； 3.有前列腺及尿道手术病史者； 4.与 BPH 不相关的排尿异常疾病； 5.存在严重尿道狭窄、无法完成手术的患者； 6.合并慢性前列腺炎患者； 7.合并急性泌尿道感染、急性前列腺炎等感染情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Taking anti-androgen drugs; 2. Combined with prostate cancer and urinary malignant tumors; 3. Those with a history of prostate and urethral surgery; 4. Dysuria disorders not related to BPH; 5. Patients with severe urethral stricture who are unable to complete surgery; 6. Patients with chronic prostatitis; 7. Combined with acute urinary tract infection, acute prostatitis and other infections.
