Objectives of Study：

The study aims to co-design and evaluate a multimodal AI Framework-based agent to increase hepatitis B virus screening and vaccination for inclusion health population.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 已知乙肝感染者； 2. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 3. 合并肿瘤、心肺肾功能不全者； 4. 患有精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known hepatitis B infected individuals; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those with combined tumors, cardiopulmonary renal insufficiency; 4. Individuals with mental disorders.

该智能代理将执行三项核心功能：（i）人机交互咨询、（ii）智能个案管理、（iii）护理协调。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

The agent will execute three core functions: (i) interactive consultation, (ii) intelligent case management, and (iii) care coordination. Interactive Consultation: Users can query the agent on hepatitis B virus (HBV) prevention, covering transmission routes, screening, vaccination, and family-based control. Intelligent Case Management: The agent will act as a personal health manager, addressing barriers to HBV screening and vaccination for disadvantaged populations. It will: (i) profile users via questionnaires to identify knowledge gaps and access barriers, offering customized information; (ii) assess decision-making status, providing tailored counseling and resources; and (iii) manage the full cycle of HBV screening and vaccination with automated reminders and follow-up consultations. Care Coordination: The agent will collaborate with a nurse-led multidisciplinary team. Upon detecting abnormal HBV results, it will classify users' status and offer tailored recommendations, while notifying the nursing team for timely referral, diagnosis, reporting, immunization, and treatment coordination.
