研究目的：

本研究旨在基于COM-B模型，综合运用质性访谈、系统文献回顾、专家函询等方法，构建科学、合理且具有可操作性的老年甲状腺癌患者服药依从性管理策略，并通过临床应用效果研究，验证该策略在提升老年甲状腺癌患者服药依从性和改善生活质量方面的有效性与可行性 。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to construct a scientific, reasonable and operable medication adherence management strategy for elderly thyroid cancer patients based on the COM-B model, utilizing qualitative interviews, systematic literature review, and expert correspondence, and to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of this strategy in enhancing medication adherence and improving the quality of life of elderly thyroid cancer patients through the study of the effects of clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 甲状腺癌进展期，合并复发或转移的患者； 2 严重未控制的快速性心律失常患者； 3 并发肝、心、脑、肾等系统严重疾病或其他恶性肿瘤的患者； 4 因语言、心理等原因无法进行电话交流和沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with progressive thyroid cancer, combined with recurrence or metastasis; 2 Patients with severe uncontrolled tachyarrhythmia; 3 Patients with concomitant serious diseases of the liver, heart, brain, kidneys, and other systems, or other malignant tumors; 4 People who are unable to communicate and exchange ideas over the phone due to linguistic and psychological reasons.

对照组实施常规护理与用药指导。医护人员将对患者进行基本的用药教育，详细阐述所用药物的适应症、剂量及注意事项。患者在出院后将安排定期随访，以记录其用药情况，并密切观察可能出现的潜在不良反应。同时，为患者提供基本的心理支持，以帮助其缓解在治疗过程中的焦虑情绪，确保患者在整个治疗过程中保持积极的心态，从而更好地配合治疗。

Intervention：

The control group implements routine nursing and medication instruction. Healthcare professionals will provide patients with basic medication education, detailing the indications, dosages and precautions of the drugs used. Regular follow-up visits will be arranged after the patients are discharged from the hospital in order to record their medication use and closely observe potential adverse reactions that may occur. At the same time, basic psychological support will be provided to patients to help alleviate their anxiety during the treatment process and to ensure that they maintain a positive mindset throughout the treatment process so that they can better cooperate with the treatment.
