研究目的：

探讨高温暴露对代谢健康的影响，包括代谢率、BMI、腰围、体脂百分比、血压、血糖、血脂、葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素分泌、食欲激素等代谢指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Impact of Heat Exposure on Metabolic Health, Including Its Effects on Metabolic Rate, BMI, Waist Circumference, Body Fat Percentage, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Blood Lipids, Glucose Tolerance, Insulin Secretion, Appetite-Regulating Hormones, and Other Metabolic Parameters.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

受试者如符合下列任⼀排除标准则不能参加本研究： 1）已诊断代谢相关基础疾病者，如肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压等； 2）伴有库欣综合征、甲状腺功能减退、性腺功能减退、多囊卵巢综合征、下丘脑垂体病变、胰岛素瘤等可能引起代谢紊乱的疾病者； 3）长期服用激素或其它可能影响代谢的药物者； 4）酗酒者（每周饮酒超过14单位酒精（1单位=360m啤酒或45mL酒精量为40%的烈酒或150mL葡萄酒））； 5）孕期或哺乳期妇女、试验期内（12个月）有怀孕计划妇女以及怀孕高风险但未采取任何避孕措施的妇女： 6）存在研究者认为可能会导致患者无法遵守和完成研究方案的任何其他病史，如肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、精神疾病以及其他严重疾病者； 7）患者本人或近亲属无法理解或签署知情同意书。 8）服用影响代谢的药物者； 9）在三个月内经历过高温热浪天气。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will not be eligible for this study: 1) Individuals diagnosed with metabolic-related underlying diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, etc.; 2) Individuals with conditions that may cause metabolic disorders, such as Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothalamic-pituitary disorders, insulinoma, etc.; 3) Individuals on long-term use of hormones or other medications that may affect metabolism; 4) Individuals with alcohol abuse (weekly alcohol consumption exceeding 14 units: 1 unit = 360 mL of beer, 45 mL of spirits with 40% alcohol, or 150 mL of wine); 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, women planning to conceive during the study period (12 months), and women at high risk of pregnancy who are not using any contraceptive measures; 6) Individuals with any other medical history deemed by the researchers to potentially prevent compliance with or completion of the study protocol, such as liver or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders, or other severe illnesses; 7) Individuals or their immediate family members who are unable to understand or sign the informed consent form; 8) Individuals taking medications that affect metabolism; 9) Individuals who have experienced high-temperature heatwave conditions within the past three months.
