研究目的：

I型和 IV 型胆总管囊肿的发病机制目前尚不明确，通过对这两类患者临床资料进行回顾性研究，手术预后进行随访，对病因做出初步的探讨。研究胆总管囊肿肝内胆管扩张的规律以及危险因素，及建立可靠的预测模型对胆总管囊肿病人的术后管理非常有意义。 具体如下： 1.胆总管囊肿切除术+Roux-en-Y肝门空肠吻合术治疗胆总管囊肿的远期预后； 2.Todani l型胆总管囊肿是否会转变为 Todani lV 型胆总管囊肿； 3.比较 Todani l型胆总管囊肿和 Todani IV型胆总管囊肿患者之间的差异(病理学、生物标志物，预后、基因表达等)； 4.比较不同演变结局胆总管囊肿患者之间的差异(病理学、生物标志物，预后基因表达等)。  

Objectives of Study：

The pathogenesis of Type I and Type IV choledochal cysts remains unclear. By conducting a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with these two subtypes and following up on their surgical outcomes, we aim to preliminarily explore the underlying etiologies. Investigating the patterns and risk factors of intrahepatic bile duct dilatation in choledochal cysts, as well as establishing a reliable predictive model, would be of great significance for postoperative management in these patients. The specific objectives are as follows: 1. To evaluate the long-term outcomes of choledochal cyst excision combined with Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy in the treatment of choledochal cysts; 2. To determine whether Todani Type I choledochal cysts can evolve into Todani Type IV cysts; 3. To compare the differences between Todani Type I and Type IV choledochal cysts in terms of pathology, biomarkers, prognosis, and gene expression; 4. To compare the differences among choledochal cyst patients with different evolutionary outcomes, focusing on pathology, biomarkers, prognosis, and gene expression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者既往资料不全; 2.手术前3个月内接受可导致肝损伤药物治疗的； 3.合并肝炎等其他造成肝损伤疾病的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with incomplete historical medical records; 2. Administration of medications known to cause liver injury within 3 months before surgery; 3. Pre-existing hepatobiliary disorders (e.g. viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis).
