研究目的：

本项目拟通过局部使用雌激素乳膏治疗糖尿病足病，探索外用雌激素对糖尿病足愈合的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study tends to explore the effectiveness and safety of topical estrogen therapy for diabetic foot ulcers

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）血红蛋白＜90g/L或血浆白蛋白小于30g/L （2）收缩压≥180mmHg或舒张压≥110mmHg （3）确诊或可疑乳腺癌，或既往有乳腺癌史 （4）确诊或可疑患雌激素依赖的新生物（如子宫内膜癌.、子宫内膜增生） （5）活动性或既往患有确诊的静脉血栓栓塞（如深静脉血栓、肺栓塞） （6）活动性或近来患有动脉血栓栓塞疾病（如脑梗塞. 心肌梗死） （7）肝功能不良或肝脏疾病 （8）曾因眼血管病而导致半失明或全失明或者复视的患者 （9）合并存在可能影响预期寿命的恶性肿瘤。 （10）肌酐> 200μmol/L或肌酐清除率< 30 ml/min （11）确诊或怀疑妊娠 （12）诊断未明的生殖道异常出血

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Hemoglobin < 90g/L or plasma albumin less than 30g/L (2)Systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>=110mmHg (3) Confirmed or suspected breast cancer, or a previous history of breast cancer (4) Newly diagnosed or suspected estrogen-dependent organisms (such as endometrial cancer, endometrial hyperplasia) (5) Active or previously diagnosed venous thromboembolism (such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism) (6) Active or recently suffering from arterial thromboembolic diseases (such as cerebral infarction). Myocardial infarction (7) Poor liver function or liver diseases (8) Patients who have suffered semi-blindness, total blindness or diplopia due to ocular vascular diseases (9) There are concurrent malignant tumors that may affect life expectancy. (10) Creatinine > 200μmol/L or creatinine clearance rate < 30 ml/min (11) Confirmed or suspected pregnancy (12) Undiagnosed abnormal bleeding of the reproductive tract
