Through prospective clinical validation, explore whether deep learning models can assist clinicians in diagnosing rotator cuff pathology and making clinical decisions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往行肩关节手术治疗； 2. 合并肩关节骨折，肿瘤，感染或类风湿性关节炎； 3. 术前资料不齐全，且无法补充缺失值或缺失值＞30%

Exclusion criteria：

1. A prior history of surgical intervention on the shoulder; 2. Concurrent shoulder pathology including tumors, infection etc; 3. Missing over 30% data in EMR.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有数据均录入本地服务器，研究者负责录入数据，并定期自检及接受临床监察员的定期访视和监察。该临床研究启动后将进入中山大学骨外科临床实验小组监察范围，每周全科通报入组情况，研究者及负责人实施跟进项目进度。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data will be entered into a local server, with researchers responsible for data entry, conducting regular self-checks, and undergoing periodic visits and monitoring by clinical monitors. After the initiation of this clinical study, it will fall under the supervision of the Clinical Trials Group of the Orthopedic Department at Sun Yat-sen University. Weekly reports on enrollment status will be provided, and researchers and responsible parties will implement follow-up on project progress.
