Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ICU 患者排除标准： 1.妊娠患者； 2.合并重症胰腺炎、免疫疾病、甲状腺疾病、严重营养不良以及入院前长期使用糖皮质激素患者； 3.患者在同一住院期间再次入住ICU； 4.在研究过程中自动退出者。 ICU 医护人员排除标准： 1.进修人员； 2. 轮转医护人员； 3.中途自动退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

ICU Patient Exclusion Criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients with severe pancreatitis, immune diseases, thyroid diseases, severe malnutrition, and long-term use of glucocorticoids before admission; 3. The patient is readmitted to the ICU during the same hospitalization; 4. Those who automatically withdraw during the course of the study. ICU Healthcare Worker Exclusion Criteria: 1. Trainees; 2. Rotation of medical staff; 3. Those who automatically quit in the middle of the process.

干预措施：	执行ICU常规血糖管理流程，未引入本研究团队构建的干预方案。血糖管理由责任医生根据患者个体情况制定目标范围和调整策略，护理人员按医嘱开展血糖监测和胰岛素注射等操作。医护人员未经过统一、规范的血糖管理培训。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	The routine blood glucose management procedures in the ICU are followed, without the introduction of the intervention program developed by the research team. Blood glucose management is carried out by the attending physicians, who determine target ranges and adjustment strategies based on individual patient conditions, while nurses perform blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration according to medical orders. 本研究为单中心、前瞻性、集群随机对照干预研究，在贵州省人民医院两个院区EICU开展。通过抛硬币方式随机指定其中一个院区为试验组，实施基于全面质量管理理念构建的血糖管理方案；另一院区为对照组，执行常规血糖管理。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study is a single-center, prospective, cluster randomized controlled intervention trial conducted in the EICUs of two campuses of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital. One campus was randomly assigned to the intervention group by coin toss to implement a blood glucose management program based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM), while the other campus served as the control group, following routine blood glucose management practices.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究数据采集与管理分为两部分：第一部分为纸质版病例记录表，由经过培训的责任护士在现场填写，包括患者基本信息、CGM血糖监测数据、临床结局、满意度调查和过程指标等内容；第二部分为电子数据管理，研究团队采用Excel建立数据录入表格，由两名研究人员采用双人录入法输入数据，并通过逻辑检验和一致性核查确保准确性。数据存储于加密管理的计算机中，设立权限管理，由项目负责人统一管理。所有纸质数据在研究结束后依照伦理审批要求进行统一归档和妥善销毁，确保数据安全与保密。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The data collection and management of this study is divided into two parts: the first part is a paper version of the case record form, which is filled in by the trained responsible nurse on site, including basic patient information, CGM blood glucose monitoring data, clinical outcomes, satisfaction surveys and process indicators; In the second part, electronic data management, the research team used Excel to create a data entry form, and two researchers entered the data using the two-person entry method, and ensured the accuracy through logic testing and consistency checks. The data is stored in the computer managed by encryption, and the authority management is set up and managed by the project leader. All paper data will be archived and properly destroyed in accordance with the ethical approval requirements after the end of the study to ensure data security and confidentiality.
