研究目的:

本研究通过不同模式股四头肌训练为半月板关节镜术后患者进行为期6周的干预,观察不同模式的抗外旋阻力伸膝训练对半月板关节镜术后患者的疼痛评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分、大腿围度、膝关节活动度(ROM)、单腿站立平衡测试(OLST)、膝关节伸肌相对峰力矩、积分肌电值(IEMG)及均方根值(RMS)等方面的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

In this randomized controlled trial, we implemented a 6-week quadriceps training protocol incorporating external-rotation-resisted knee extension exercises for post-arthroscopic meniscectomy patients. Primary outcomes included Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain and Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale, while secondary outcomes encompassed thigh circumference, knee range of motion (ROM), One-Leg Standing Test (OLST) for balance, normalized peak torque of knee extensors, along with electromyographic parameters (integrated EMG [IEMG] and root mean square [RMS]).

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.不符合上述半月板损伤诊断标准和纳入标准者; 2.因骨折、关节脱位、韧带断裂合并膝关节半月板损伤者; 3.下肢深静脉血栓形成、外周血管病变及凝血功能异常等病史; 4.因脑病或其他神经系统类疾病而致下肢关节功能活动障碍者; 5.依从性较差,治疗期间随意更换或终止治疗方案者; 6.灌注药物及关节穿刺治疗者; 7.合并有严重脑、心、肝、肾、内分泌系统、血液系统等内科疾病而无法进行功能康复训练者,以及患有精神疾患者; 8.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for meniscal injury; 2. Patients with knee meniscus injury due to fracture, joint dislocation, ligament rupture; 3. History of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, peripheral vascular lesions and abnormal coagulation function; 4. Those who have lower limb joint dysfunction due to encephalopathy or other neurological diseases; 5. Those who have poor compliance and change or terminate the treatment plan at will during the treatment period; 6. Patients treated with perfusion drugs and arthrocentesis; 7. Patients with severe internal diseases such as brain, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system, blood system and other internal diseases that are unable to carry out functional rehabilitation training, as well as patients with mental diseases; 8. Pregnant women.
