研究目的：

1.通过成对经颅磁刺激评定脑卒中后患者SICI，LICI，SICF，ICF指标的变化，与健康对照人群进行比较，探讨脑卒中后神经皮层兴奋性变化 2. 通过成对经颅磁刺激SICI，LICI，SICF，ICF指标评定脑卒中后患者随昼夜节律的神经皮层兴奋性变化，并于健康对照人群比较 3. 通过比较rTMS组和假刺激组患者的运动功能康复情况，评价重复经颅磁刺激对痉挛状态患者的短期和长期疗效，及其安全性，分析其对于刺激脑区结构的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. Comparing the difference of the paired-pulse TMS index including SICI, LICI, ICF, and SICF between the stroke patients and the health control, discussing the change of cortical excitability after stroke; 2. To explore the difference of the neurotransmitters along the circadian rhythms between stroke patients and healthy controls by examining the paired-pulse TMS index including SICI, LICI, ICF, and SICF; 3. to explore the effect of rTMS on stroke patients with spasticity by comparing the paired-pulse TMS index including SICI, LICI, ICF, and SICF and clinical assessments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往患有帕金森病、周围神经性病变等其他可致运动功能障碍的患者；（2）存在严重认知、言语、视力、听力障碍或精神障碍等影响检查及治疗者；（3）合并有肿瘤、严重的呼吸、心、肝、肾、内分泌和造血系统等疾病者；（4）既往有癫痫史或癫痫家族史者、脑内有金属植入物等不适合进行经颅磁刺激治疗者；（5）既往有酒精或药物滥用史者；（6）妊娠及哺乳期女性；（7）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床试验者；（8）不能完成基本疗程，依从性可能不好者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of Parkinson's disease, peripheral nerve lesion and other movement disorders;
(2) exist serious cognitive, speech, vision, hearing impairment, or mental disorders;
(3) with tumors, severe breathing, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system disease;
(4) has a history of epilepsy or with a family history of epilepsy, or have metal implants in the brain, whom are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy;
(5) has a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
(6) during pregnancy and lactation women;
(7) attending other clinical trial which can effect this study's result;
(8) cannot complete basic treatment, poor compliance.
