研究目的：

（1）核心目标 验证复合干预模式（组别A）的优越性： 预期组别A在6个月后技能保留率≥60%，显著高于其他组别（B组≥45%，C组≥35%，D组≤20%）。 制定标准化培训方案：基于试验结果，提出“模拟人+情景剧+定期复习”的优化模式，形成《小学生CPR培训操作手册》。 （2）扩展目标 推动政策落地：向教育部门提交数据报告，建议将CPR培训纳入《中小学健康教育课程标准》。 构建多方合作机制：探索医院、学校、企业（如医疗器械公司）联合资助模式，降低设备采购成本。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Core Objectives Validate the superiority of the composite intervention model (Group A): It is anticipated that Group A will achieve a skill retention rate of >= 60% after six months, which will be significantly higher than that of other groups (Group B >= 45%, Group C >= 35%, Group D <= 20%). Develop a standardized training program: Based on the trial results, propose an optimized model of "manikin + scenario-based training + regular review" and create the "CPR Training Manual for Primary School Students." (2) Extended Objectives Promote policy implementation: Submit a data report to the education authorities, recommending the inclusion of CPR training in the "Health Education Curriculum Standards for Primary and Secondary Schools." Establish a multi-party cooperation mechanism: Explore a joint funding model involving hospitals, schools, and enterprises (such as medical device companies) to reduce the cost of equipment procurement.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

1. Determine the cluster units: First, we will use classes as the cluster units. 2. Assign numbers: In Excel, allocate a unique number to each cluster unit. 3. Generate random numbers: In the second column of Excel, use the "=RAND()" function to generate a random number for each cluster unit. This function will produce a random decimal between 0 and 1 for each cell, and these random numbers will automatically update each time the worksheet is recalculated. 4. Sort: Select the columns containing the numbers and the random numbers, click on the "Data" tab in Excel, and choose the "Sort" function to arrange them in ascending or descending order based on the random number column. After sorting, the order of the number column will be rearranged according to the changes in the random numbers, thereby achieving randomization. 5. Group allocation: According to the order of the numbers after sorting, assign the cluster units sequentially to different study groups.
