本研究拟探究社区老年COPD患者动机类型的分布情况及特征，构建社区老年COPD患者运动动机-信息匹配性干预方案，促进患者的运动信念，改变患者的运动行为，提高其肺功能和健康状况。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to investigate the distribution and characteristics of motivation types of community-aged COPD patients, and to construct an exercise motivation-information matching intervention program for community-aged COPD patients to promote their exercise beliefs, change their exercise behaviours, and improve their lung function and health status.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有明显精神疾患；2、视力、听力、肢体运动障碍者；3、患有严重躯体疾病、慢性病急性发作期或终末期或合并有严重疾病者；4、目前参加其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those with obvious mental illness; (2) those with visual, hearing, or limb movement disorders; (3) those suffering from severe physical diseases, acute exacerbation or terminal stage of chronic diseases, or a combination of serious illnesses; and (4) those who are currently participating in other research projects.

通过微信平台推送图文、视频给予患者疾病知识讲解，提高其知识水平；告知运动的益处/不运动的坏处；每三周根据患者的打卡情况提供一次运动技能培训，提高其运动技能，促进其运动行为的转变。根据患者的不同动机类型，对趋近动机的患者提供积极信息，对回避动机的患者提供消极信息。

Through the WeChat platform, we pushed graphics and videos to give patients knowledge about the disease to improve their knowledge; inform them of the benefits of exercise/disadvantages of not exercising; and provide exercise skills training every three weeks based on the patients' clocking status to improve their exercise skills and promote the change of their exercise behaviours. Depending on the type of motivation of the patient, positive information was provided to patients with approach motivation and negative information was provided to patients with avoidance motivation.

研究者对患者做好健康指导，发放慢阻肺疾病管理手册以及运动技巧手册，并依据手册为患者进行有关COPD的概念及症状、病因及诱因、治疗方式、有效排痰、氧疗及注意事项、戒烟、预防感染、用药指导、饮食指导、心理指导、日常生活管理等方面的宣教；运动康复技巧指导材料内容有呼吸训练、抗阻力运动、有氧运动的方法、运动频率及强度等。

The researcher gave health guidance to the patients, distributed the manual of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) management as well as the manual of exercise techniques, and based on the manual, educated the patients about the concepts and symptoms of COPD, causes and triggers of the disease, treatment modalities, effective expectoration, oxygen therapy and precautions, smoking cessation, prevention of infections, guidance on medication, dietary guidance, psychological guidance, and management of daily life, etc.; and the instructional materials of the exercise rehabilitation techniques were as follows Breathing training, resistance exercise, methods of aerobic exercise, frequency and intensity of exercise, and so on.
