通过单中心随机对照临床研究，比较ERAS方案与常规方案在OSAHS围手术期应激反应和并发症方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

A single center randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to evaluating an ERAS protocol versus a standard protocol for OSAHS patients in perioperative period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①无法理解和配合 ERAS 方案;
②精神心理障碍患者;
③患有严重慢性疾病如高血压、肺结核和心脏病等;
④年龄<18 岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who are unable to understand and cooperate with the ERAS protocol;
2. patients with mental and psychological disorders;
3. patients with severe chronic diseases such as hypertension, tuberculosis and heart disease.
