探讨基于信息框架效应的体重管理干预对孕妇体重自我管理能力、妊娠期体重控制水平及不良妊娠结局发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of weight management intervention based on the effect of information framework on maternal weight self-management ability, gestational weight control level and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、异常妊娠情况（辅助妊娠、双胎或多胎妊娠）；2、入组时患有心脑血管或其它系统疾病（糖尿病、高血压等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Abnormal pregnancy (assisted pregnancy, twin or multiple pregnancy); 2 Suffering from cardio-cerebrovascular or other systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, etc.) at the time of enrollment.
