研究目的：

采用随机、对照、双盲的研究方法，选取一定数量的前列腺穿刺活检患者，比较经会阴局麻阻滞与经直肠局麻阻滞对经直肠前列腺穿刺患者疼痛耐受性的影响，采用疼痛评分表进行评分，运用卡方检验进行统计学分析，进而指导临床，使患者获益，节约医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized, controlled, double-blind study was conducted to select a number of prostate biopsy patients to compare the effects of perineal local anesthesia and transrectal local anesthesia on pain tolerance in patients undergoing transrectal prostate puncture. Visual analogue score was scored, and the chi-square test was used for statistical analysis to guide the clinic, benefit the patients, and save medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有明确前列腺癌病史；
②３个月内曾经接受前列腺穿刺；
③严重泌尿系统感染；
④凝血时间延长；
⑤一般情况差，不能耐受有创检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. has a clear history of prostate cancer;
2. Prostate puncture was performed within 3 months;
3. severe urinary tract infections;
4. prolonged clotting time;
5. The general condition is poor and cannot tolerate invasive examination.
