研究目的：

1.探讨腔镜与机器人辅助甲状腺癌根治术的围术期结局和近远期预后。 2.与传统开放手术进行比较，探讨两种微创手术方式在围术期结局和肿瘤学预后方面是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the perioperative outcomes and short- and long-term prognoses of endoscopic and robot-assisted thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer. 2. To compare these two minimally invasive surgical approaches with conventional open surgery in terms of perioperative outcomes and oncological prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）甲状腺手术史或颈部放射治疗史； （2）存在凝血功能障碍或严重器官功能不全（如心、肺功能不全）无法耐受全身麻醉的患者； （3）患有其他可能影响随访及短期生存的疾病的患者； （4）临床病例资料严重缺失或术后失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of thyroid surgery or cervical radiotherapy; (2) Presence of coagulation disorders or severe organ dysfunction (e.g., cardiopulmonary insufficiency) precluding general anesthesia; (3) Presence of other comorbidities that may affect follow-up or short-term survival; (4) Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up postoperatively.
