研究目的:

本研究旨在基于头皮脑电图和立体定向脑电图的脑网络分析,探索不同类型诱发实验(包括睁闭眼、深呼吸、感觉刺激、化学物质摄入等)前后癫痫患者脑网络功能连接的改变特征  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore the characteristics of changes in functional brain network connectivity in epilepsy patients before and after various types of provocation tests, including eye opening/closing, deep breathing, sensory stimulation, and chemical intake, based on network analysis using scalp electroencephalography (scalp EEG) and stereo-electroencephalography (SEEG).

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 严重认知障碍; 2. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女; 3. 有严重心肺疾病; 4. 全身状况差不能配合完成诱发实验者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe cognitive impairment; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 4. Poor general health condition that prevents completion of the provocation test.
