研究目的：

本研究旨在通过收集冠状动脉内膜剥脱（coronary endarterectomy, CE）术中获取的冠脉组织，进行多组学（转录组、蛋白组和代谢组）分析，整合患者临床表型（如血脂水平、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟史、家族史等），构建冠心病个体化的分子特征谱，探索疾病的分子分型及潜在的治疗靶点  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to collect coronary artery tissues obtained during coronary endarterectomy (CE) procedures, conduct multi-omics analyses (transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics), integrate these data with patients' clinical phenotypes (including lipid profiles, diabetes status, hypertension history, smoking history, family history, etc.), construct personalized molecular signature profiles for coronary artery disease (CAD), and explore disease molecular classification as well as potential therapeutic targets.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）弥漫性冠状动脉小血管病变；极度钙化且无法操作的冠状动脉；终末期冠状动脉疾病，血管已无剥脱价值；急性心肌梗死活动期；严重左心室功能不全(射血分数<25%)；冠状动脉极度脆弱，有穿孔高风险急性脑卒中（30天内）；（2）高龄(>80岁)伴多系统合并症患者；（3）严重肝肾功能不全；（4）凝血功能障碍或出血性疾病；（5）近期(6个月内)脑卒中史；（6）预期寿命有限(<1年)的患者；（7）多次冠脉介入治疗史导致血管结构改变；（8）严重慢性肺疾病；（9）近3个月内受试者参加过或正在参加其他任何器械或药物的临床试验；（10）研究者认为受试者存在其他不适宜进行临床试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diffuse coronary small vessel disease; Extensively calcified and non-operable coronary arteries; End-stage coronary artery disease with no revascularization value; Active phase of acute myocardial infarction; Severe left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction <25%); Extremely fragile coronary arteries with high risk of perforation; Acute stroke within 30 days; (2) Elderly patients (>80 years old) with multiple systemic comorbidities; (3) Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; (4) Coagulation disorders or bleeding diathesis; (5) History of stroke within the past 6 months; (6) Patients with limited life expectancy (<1 year); (7) History of multiple coronary interventions leading to vascular structural changes; (8) Severe chronic pulmonary disease; (9) Participants who have participated in or are currently participating in any other clinical trial involving devices or medications within the past 3 months; (10) Other circumstances deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for clinical trial participation.
