研究目的：

本研究目的在于应用MRI检测糖尿病所致抑郁症患者脑结构影像学改变，探讨糖尿病所致抑郁症患者的最佳早期检测的影像学改变。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to apply MRI to detect the changes of brain structure in patients with diabetes mellitus with depression,and to explore the imaging changes of the best early detection in patients with diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴精神病症状者 2. 伴酒精和药物依赖者3. 伴脑器质性及严重躯体疾病者； 4. 颅脑损伤及有昏迷史者； 5. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 6. 既往有癫痫发作或有癫痫家族史者； 7. 影像学检查前6小时内用过药物； 8. 排除其他疾病患者； 9. 存在磁共振检查的禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1. With psychotic symptoms;
2. With a history of alcohol and drug dependence;
3. With organic disease of brain and severe somatic disease;
4. With history of coma after brain trauma;
5. Woman with pregnancy or lactation period;
6. With a history of seizures or with a family history of epilepsy;
7. Received drugs in 6 hours before MRI scan;
8. Exclusion of other diseases;
9. With contraindications of MRI scan.
