研究目的：

探讨幽默疗法对养老机构老年人焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量等方面的干预效果，寻求适合我国老年人的幽默干预方案，最终达到提高老年人生活质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of humor therapy on anxiety, depression, quality of life, cognitive function and sleep quality of elderly people in nursing homes; to explore a humorous intervention program suitable for elderly people in China; in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

目前正接受抗抑郁药物治疗或心理治疗者；目前正在接受认知治疗或服用相关药物；视听力障碍、交流困难者；由于疾病原因不能大笑者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients are undergoing antidepressant medication or psychotherapy currently;
2. Patients are undergoing cognitive therapy or taking related drugs;
3. patients with communication difficulties;
4. unable to laugh because of illness.
