1.高原睡眠呼吸障碍与心血管代谢性疾病的潜在关系及可能的性别差异； 2. 从炎症等角度探索高原睡眠呼吸障碍相关心血管代谢性疾病的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the potential relationship between high-altitude sleep apnea and cardiovascular metabolic diseases and possible gender differences; 2. Explore the mechanism of high-altitude sleep apnea-related cardiovascular metabolic diseases

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）严重，控制不佳的或不稳定的躯体疾病，包括心衰、脑梗、癌症等；2）诊断为重度抑郁、焦虑、精神分裂等精神疾病者； 3）过去半年暴露低海拔（<1500米）超过1周；4）研究者认为不适合参加本研究者，如妊娠、哺乳等

Exclusion criteria：

1)severe, uncontrolled or unstable physical diseases, including cancer, heart failure, stroke, etc;2) severe mental diseases, such as major depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc. 3) exposure to low altitude (1500 m) for one week during last 6 month; 4) Those who are considered unsuitable by the investigator to participate in this study, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有研究数据均由经过统一培训的专业人员负责采集，并按照预设的研究流程与标准操作规程（SOP）执行。数据将采用电子化方式录入统一的数据库系统，录入时由两名独立研究人员交叉核查，确保准确性和完整性。数据库设有访问权限控制，仅授权研究人员可访问，并定期进行数据备份与安全监测。所有参与者信息将采用匿名编码处理，确保个人隐私不被泄露。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All study data will be collected by professionally trained personnel in accordance with predefined research procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs). Data will be entered electronically into a centralized database system. Double data entry and cross-checking will be performed independently by two researchers to ensure accuracy and completeness. The database will be access-controlled, with permission granted only to authorized research personnel, and regular data backups and security monitoring will be conducted. All participant information will be anonymized using coded identifiers to ensure confidentiality and protect personal privacy.
