研究目的:

.拟通过前瞻性队列研究获得中国人群数据,制定符合我国国情的早孕一站式联合产前筛查指标及高风险切断值。 2.对比各产前筛查方案,计算早孕期一站式联合筛查的经济效益比,拟制定符合中国国情的一线筛查方案,减轻出生缺陷防控的经济负担,为国家的出生缺陷防控策略提供理论及临床依据。 3.寻找妊娠早期胎盘中导致母体及胎儿疾病关键分子标志物及基因,探寻导致母体及胎儿疾病的早期病因。 4.为下一步创建新型基因编辑动物模型,展开母体疾病及胎儿各器官系统发育正常及异常的机制研究打好前期基础,实现全生命周期的健康保障。  

Objectives of Study:

1.We plan to obtain data from the Chinese population through prospective cohort studies, and establish one-stop combined prenatal screening indicators and high-risk cutoff values for early pregnancy that align with China's national conditions. 2.By comparing various prenatal screening programs, calculate the cost-effectiveness ratio of one-stop combined screening during early pregnancy, and develop a first-line screening program tailored to China's national conditions, aiming to reduce the economic burden of birth defect prevention and control, and provide theoretical and clinical evidence for the country's birth defect prevention and control strategy. 3.Search for key molecular markers and genes in the placenta during early pregnancy that contribute to maternal and fetal diseases, and explore the early causes of these diseases. 4.This will lay a solid foundation for the next step of creating novel gene-editing animal models and conducting research on the mechanisms of normal and abnormal development of fetal organ systems, as well as maternal diseases, achieving health protection throughout the entire life cycle.

早孕期胎儿结构筛查:胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT,Nuchal Translucency)、胎儿结构畸形。血清学生物标志物:妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(PAPP-A)。游离β-hCG(β-human Chorionic Gonadotropin)。联合计算:通过算法(如FMF算法)整合上述指标,计算胎儿染色体异常(如21-三体、18-三体)和结构畸形(如心脏畸形)的风险值。侵入性产前诊断:绒毛膜取样(CVS,孕11-13+6周)。羊膜腔穿刺(孕17周后)及染色体核型分析/基因检测(如CMA、CNV-seq)
