在体外和动物实验基础上，初步评价木耳粉对胃息肉患者在内镜下息肉切除手术中止血效果，为后续临床研究给药方案、有效性和安全性确证的研究设计、研究终点、方法学等提供基础。

Objectives of Study：

Based on in vitro and animal experiments, this study aims to conduct a preliminary evaluation of the hemostatic effects of agaric powder in patients with gastric polyps undergoing endoscopic polypectomy. The objective is to establish a foundation for subsequent clinical research by informing the design, confirmation of dosage regimens, efficacy, and safety profiles, including critical elements such as study endpoints and methodological frameworks.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能异常； 2.近期正在接受抗栓药物治疗； 3.合并严重的心脏、肺脏基础疾病或恶性肿瘤； 4.孕期和哺乳期妇女； 5.研究团队综合判断依从性较差者（如存在精神性疾病、文化程度较低、配合意愿差导致不能准确提供随访信息；术后出差及有其他安排无法按时复查）； 6.正在参加其他临床研究的研究对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Currently receiving antithrombotic therapy; 3. Concomitant severe underlying cardiac/pulmonary diseases or malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant or lactating individuals; 5. Participants deemed by the research team to have poor compliance (e.g., history of psychiatric disorders, limited literacy, unwillingness/inability to provide reliable follow-up data, or unavailability for scheduled postoperative reviews due to travel/work commitments); 6. Current enrollment in other clinical trials.

采用参与者抽签法确定病灶分组，简单来说，医用级不透明聚乙烯密封袋装有红色/蓝色亚克力球，红色球代表试验组（木耳粉止血），蓝色球代表对照组（凝血酶止血）。患者摇动密封袋30秒后，盲取第一球决定左侧病灶处理方式，剩余球自动分配右侧病灶。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A participant-drawn lottery system was employed for lesion grouping. Specifically, medical-grade opaque polyethylene sealed bags contained red/blue acrylic balls, with red designating the intervention group (Auricularia auricula powder for hemostasis) and blue designating the control group (thrombin for hemostasis). After shaking the sealed bag for 30 seconds, patients blindly drew the first ball to determine the treatment allocation for the left-sided lesion, while the remaining ball automatically assigned the protocol for the right-sided lesion.
