研究目的：

本研究的目的是：①JIA患者与健康儿童肠道菌群差异；②探索关节液是否存在肠道菌群菌体成分及其与肠道菌群的差异；③肠道菌群联合临床指标用于疾病诊断及预后判断的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of the study is to analyze the microbiota differences between JIA and healthy controls, to detect if synovial fluid contains microbiota component and compare any differences with gut microbiota in JIA patients, and to establish diagnostic model and prognostic prediction models using microbiome combined with clinical indices.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不愿意参与本研究的患儿；入组前3个月内有抗菌药物治疗史；全身型JIA；入组前3个月内有抗菌药物治疗史；BMI超过“超重”标准；不均衡饮食；患有炎症性肠病、哮喘、过敏性疾病、原发性免疫缺陷等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Children will be excluded if they have the following reasons:
1. Children who are unwilling to participate in the study;
2. Patients who are diagnoses with systemic JIA;
3. Children who took antibiotics in the past three months;
4. Body mass index (BMI) exceeds overweight standard;
5. Unbalanced diet;
6. Children who have inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, allergic diseases, primary immunodeficiency diseases and so on;
7. Children who have a long history of medication.
