研究目的：

研究异频刺激（differentia frequency stimulation，DFS）是否能更好的改善PD患者症状，尤其是对于双侧症状明显不对称的患者及同时对高频和低频刺激有需求的患者。对于存在步态障碍及构音障碍的患者，DFS相对于同频刺激（identical frequency stimulation，IFS）是否更有效。

Objectives of Study：

to figure out whether "differentia frequency stimulation" is better in terms of controling symptoms of parkinson disease,especially for those bilaterally obviously asymmetrical. For patient who are present with "gait disturbance" and "dysarthria", is "differentia frequency stimulation" superior to "identical".

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 明显的精神情感障碍
2.神经系统疾病患者，如癫痫，脑外伤，脑肿瘤，严重脑梗塞，阿尔兹海默病等（帕金森除外）；
3.磁共振禁忌，如体内金属植入物；
4.手术或麻醉禁忌（严重心肺疾病不能耐受麻醉、凝血功能障碍等）；
5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女（有生育潜能的妇女必须在研究开始前获取妊娠试验阴性的结果，并采用医学上认可的避孕措施）；
6.严重的认知功能障碍，不能配合手术及术后认知功能随访者
7.出现任何在目前或将来有可能危及患者安全或导致患者不能成功参与研究的情况（医疗、心理、社会或地理性因素）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. obviously affective disorder or phrenoblabia;
2. nervous system disease, such as epilepsy, brain trauma,brain tumor, severe cerebral infarction, alzheimer's disease, etc.;
3. people forbidden to MRI scan , for example with metal implantation materials;
4. All surgical contraindications (anticoagulants,terminal cancer, infectious disease and immuno-deficiency, etc.);
5. Pregnant or lactating women;
6. serve cognition impairment,incapable of cooperating with surgery and follow up;
7. Any situation endangering patient and it's successfully participation of the research program.

本实验由课题负责人李登辉（不参与纳入受试者）采取计算机（https://www.99cankao.com/numbers/random-number-generator.php）生成随机数字序列1-60中的其中一位，根据入组顺序患者编号为1-60，每个编号对应一个计算机生成的随机数，对应为奇数分入A组（开机后先行双侧同频刺激，3个月后再行异频刺激），对应为偶数分入B组（（开机后先行双侧同频刺激，3个月后再行异频刺激）

A random number sequence is generated by computer administrated by researcher li denghui ,value of which is between 1-60. Each patient is designated a number according to time point when he or she is enrolled,which also ranges from 1-60. Therefore, each patient is assigned to group A or B accordingly
