研究目的：

本研究拟通过回顾性分析头颈肿瘤患者基因检测结果，分析基因突变与CPS和TMB的关系，探索基因突变对患者免疫治疗的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to retrospectively analyze the genetic test results of patients with head and neck tumors and analyze the relationship between gene mutation and CPS and TMB, which explore the influence of gene mutation on patients' immunotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非实体瘤：血液系统肿瘤和淋巴瘤；
2.未进行NGS检测或NGS检测质控不合格；
3.临床数据缺失，如免疫组化、药物治疗和肿瘤影像学等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-solid tumors: hematological tumors and lymphomas；
2.No NGS test or NGS test quality control fails；
3.Lack of clinical data, such as immunohistochemistry, drug therapy and tumor imaging.
