研究目的：

通过碘膳食平衡法研究青年人碘膳食参考摄入量，了解膳食碘摄入与碘人体内吸收利用、粪便、尿液排出的规律，分析基于尿液采集以评估个体与人群碘营养状况可行性，为碘营养状况精确科学地评估提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the dietary iodine reference intake in young adults using the balance diet study. Firstly, the study was to master the relationship of dietary iodine intake, iodine absorption and utilization, and the excretion of iodine in faces and urine. Secondly, the study was to examine the assessment of iodine status in population by the urine specimens. This study should be provided the basis for the accurate assessment of iodine status in population with the scientifc information.

排除标准：

1.慢性代谢性疾病；2.甲状腺疾病；3.胃肠道疾病与慢性便秘。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic metabolic diseases; 2. Thyroid diseases; 3. Gastrointestinal diseases and chronic constipation.
